Return & Refund Policy

At Saplay, we strive to deliver high-quality handmade footwear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to request a return under the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery for Pakistan orders and 14 days for international orders

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The request is made after the return period

2. Items Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Size issue (exchange only)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Products damaged due to improper use

4. Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer size exchange subject to stock availability.

Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within the return window
  • Customer may be responsible for shipping costs

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders in Pakistan, refunds will be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order number and photos of the item
  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund

8. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Import duties and taxes are not refundable
  • Return shipping must be handled by the customer

9. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
