At Saplay, we strive to deliver high-quality handmade footwear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to request a return under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery for Pakistan orders and 14 days for international orders
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- The product is returned without original packaging
- The request is made after the return period
2. Items Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted for:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Size issue (exchange only)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
- Products damaged due to improper use
4. Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer size exchange subject to stock availability.
Conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within the return window
- Customer may be responsible for shipping costs
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders in Pakistan, refunds will be issued through:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and photos of the item
- Our team will arrange a replacement or refund
8. International Orders
For international customers:
- Import duties and taxes are not refundable
- Return shipping must be handled by the customer
